Where there is light, there is hope.
About Lights of Hope
Help us raise $3.6 million!
St. Paul’s Lights of Hope is one of our most visible and important fundraising campaigns. This year’s lights will shine bright from November 23, 2023, to January 5, 2024.
Since 1998, your gifts to Lights of Hope Vancouver have totalled more than $50 million, making a difference to hundreds of thousands of patients and residents from across BC. Last year, donors gave more than $3.6 million, funded 114 urgently needed hospital and long-term programs, and supported 7,000 health care heroes across Providence Health Care. This year, our goal is to raise another $3.6 million.
Your gift makes a difference.

Why Give to Lights of Hope?
Give hope. For today and tomorrow.
At Providence Health Care, we stand by those facing their most challenging moments – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Exceptional and innovative care is our mission, but traditional funding falls short. That’s where you come in.
When you give to Lights of Hope, you illuminate the path for families during life’s toughest times. You empower caregivers to offer unwavering care and compassion to patients, residents, and their families.
In the darkest time of the year, these lights glimmer with holiday joy, offering hope when it’s needed most. Support those we serve and those who serve them.
Your Lights of Hope donation fuels groundbreaking research, delivers compassionate patient care, and enriches the lives of long-term care residents. Your gift saves and transforms lives.
To patients, residents, families, caregivers, and researchers, your gift to Lights of Hope means everything.
