Proposal Request Form – Donor Relations Team

Please submit the completed Proposal Request Form along with all supporting materials at least 2-4 weeks prior to your deadline to ensure adequate time for review and preparation.

For proposal reviews, kindly note that we require up to 4 business days to complete a thorough review.

When to use this form:

• If you require support from the Donor Relations team for proposals (execution and/or review).
• If you are preparing a proposal, please submit this form to advise the DR Team.

To manage our workload at peak times, we have created thresholds for DR support:

• Proposals under $500K: With the availability of Marq templates and content, proposals under $500K are PRM led with DR review.
• Proposals between $500K to $1 million: DR support as needed.
• Proposals over $1 million: Full DR support with additional budget for photography/design as required.

If needed, DR will schedule a call with you to review your submission and kick off the proposal process.
