Chelsea Stoelting is the Chair of St. Paul’s Foundation’s Communications and Marketing Committee.

Chelsea is a seasoned, Communications Professional with over 25-years of brand planning and communication experience. Today, she is a leader at Rethink – Canada’s most awarded creative advertising agency in Canada and top independent agency in the world. Chelsea works on some of Canada’s most beloved brands including A&W, WestJet and the YWCA. Outside of work you can find Chelsea doing what she loves best, spending time with her family and hiking the North Shore mountains with her rescue pup, Billie.

Anisha is a member of St. Paul’s Foundation’s Communications and Marketing Committee and Board Advisor for the Future Leaders.

Anisha consults in the area of supply chain management and is a Director at PNP Holdings; a company owned by her family with Industrial and Commercial assets in Western Canada.

She also operates Kids at Risk, an organization that works with non-profit charities that make lives better for underserved and vulnerable children in BC.
Anisha serves on the board of directors for her family foundation, The Amir & Yasmin Virani Family Foundation and National Arts Council of Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, and a Master’s degree in Mass Communications (MSc) from Boston University.

Stanley Chiu currently serves as President at Gammon Property Advisors Corp, a 2nd generational and multi-facet commercial property management firm and brokerage in Vancouver BC. His company has managed over 1 billion dollars in a diverse array of real estate assets comprising of over 3M sq. ft. across the lower mainland. His business specializes in property and project management, advisory services, valuation, investment sales and leasing. Stanley’s vision for the company cultivates around value for service and a responsibility in the personal and professional growth of its staff through philanthropy, empowerment, leadership and the cultivation of teams.

In 2005, Stanley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Human Kinetics with a major in recreation and sport management and a minor in commerce. His following years included studies in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate through UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

Stanley’s commitment and inspiration in philanthropy originates from the generosity of his mother for the public good. He has served as a mentor for 10 years with Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and continues to contribute to the life of his mentee. His devotion to proper governance and an advocate for philanthropy of all ages began decades ago with the inception of a local charitable foundation in which he served as vice president on the board. During these early stages, Stanley was involved with board selection, governance, mandates, and fundraising. Stanley currently serves as board member of the Arbutus Club, a ‘putting family’s first’ private and recreational club in the westside of Vancouver BC.

Dammy Ogunseitan guides the strategic direction for all digital communication and engagement projects at Kirk & Co. Before joining Kirk & Co., Dammy developed leading digital communication and engagement strategies for private, municipal, and non-governmental organizations, including the City of Delta, the New Democratic Party of Canada, Apply Digital, Eighth Generation and Daily Hive.

With over 14 years of experience in the traditional and digital communications industries, Dammy is naturally adept at identifying opportunities to leverage digital communications in places most often overlooked. For Dammy, creating digital strategies is rooted in human-centered communication and engagement practices. His experience working with a mix of start-up businesses and public organizations allows him to help clients across a variety of sectors identify and achieve their goals. With a focus on business and service design to drive digital engagement transformations, Dammy brings a unique perspective and a diverse set of skills that allows him to develop both human impact and business impact for every client he works with.

Shawn Anderson brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal connection to St. Paul’s Foundation’s mission of delivering compassionate, world-class care. A Vancouver-based Realtor with over 15 years of experience, Shawn combines business acumen with a strong commitment to community service, supported by extensive non-profit board involvement.

Having studied Engineering and Business at the University of British Columbia, he has a balance of analytical thinking and entrepreneurial drive that continues to shape his professional and volunteer work today. Shawn’s connection to St. Paul’s Foundation is rooted in personal experience. Having spent many hours at St. Paul’s Hospital with his mother, he witnessed firsthand the remarkable kindness, skill, and dedication of the healthcare teams. This experience inspired him to give back and contribute to the Foundation’s mission to advance and transform care for future generations.

Beyond real estate and philanthropy, Shawn integrates his passion for cars with charitable initiatives that make a difference. He actively supports and participates in events such as the ALS Rally, The Dream Rally, and The Driven Project — organizations that harness the enthusiasm of the automotive community to raise awareness, inspire hope, and create joy for those facing significant challenges. When he’s not working or volunteering, Shawn can often be found at the racetrack, on a beach, at the gym, or spending quality time with family

Fayaz Ashraf is an interdisciplinary technologist with 25+ years of experience in consumer/enterprise software and interactive entertainment.

He holds the position of Senior Staff Engineer at Slack, serving as the company’s senior-most technical lead on all marketing initiatives and campaigns, customer acquisition strategy and international expansion efforts. Fayaz holds a BASc Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts, an unconventional graduate business degree focused on design thinking, business model innovation, generative leadership, strategic foresight and sustainability.

He has held pivotal roles at Loud Crow Interactive, a highly awarded publisher of educational mobile apps for children, as well as Microsoft and Electronic Arts. He was a founding member of Urban Variety, an organization of young professionals aiming to raise awareness and funds for Variety – The Children’s Charity of BC.

Vishad Deeplaul (he/him/his), the Senior Manager for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) for the City of Burnaby, is a true advocate for change; lending his voice to support many marginalized groups in South Africa, the country where he was born, raised and immigrated from almost 9 years ago together with his son. His focus is primarily on fostering respect and understanding in the workplace and driving towards fair, equitable treatment for all. His first-hand experience in driving change has contributed to his passion for EDI. Vishad sparked constitutional change in South Africa in support of equal treatment for all fathers, changing South African history and one if his proudest accomplishments as he explains here.

Vishad draws his inspiration from the life and teachings of Nelson Mandela, playing a pivotal role in getting the Nelson Mandela Capture Site sculpture project implemented in his hometown in KwaZuluNatal. This capture site and work of art now holds deep significance for all South Africans, reminding us of the importance of respecting and appreciating EDI in all that we do. Vishad’s experience with non-profit organizations includes his work and volunteerism at United Way BC, Backpack Buddies, The Peoples Pantry, Tri-Cities United, PAC chair for Summit Middle, his sons school, NSG (Neighborhood small grants); celebrating the communities that we live, work and play in. His contagious enthusiasm and zest for life has been widely recognized as the recipient of the City of Coquitlam Spirit Award 2020, Port Coquitlam Volunteer of the Year 2020; as well as for British Columbia Medal of Good Citizenship Award 2023 and nominations for the Tri-Cities Chamber Awards for both Community Spirit and Business Excellence in 2020 and again in 2021.

Vishad also plays a role in bringing both the Diwali Fest and Colour Fest to the province, traditional celebrations that are celebrated across the globe in the South Asian community. A celebration that encompasses art, culture and community. He is very proud to be Canadian, not forgetting his South African roots and community that have all played such an important role and equipped him with the life tools to continue the meaningful work that he loves doing.

Born in Vancouver and raised between Hong Kong and Canada, Lewis brings a unique global perspective shaped by a life of diverse cultural and entrepreneurial experiences. A former real estate developer and founder of ventures in automotive customization and hospitality, Lewis is driven by a passion for building meaningful communities.

His latest project, Audécious Organic Spirits, is on a mission to redefine the alcohol industry by challenging the status quo—offering ultra-premium, pesticide-free spirits crafted sustainably for those who value both quality and responsibility.

Beyond business and hosting events, Lewis is a dedicated family man, an avid golfer and basketball player, and an active supporter of local causes. He previously served as a board director for the SUCCESS Foundation, championing initiatives that uplift and empower communities.

Jennifer Gibson, RN, MSN, PhD serves as the Executive Director of Practice, Quality, and Program Development for Seniors Care at Providence Living and Providence Health Care (PHC). Additionally, she holds the position of Director of Ethics at PHC and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia’s School of Nursing.

In her current role, Dr. Gibson provides executive oversight for all resident care quality and safety initiatives across Providence Living care villages and PHC homes. A key focus of her work is the innovative Home for Us model, a social-relational approach designed to enhance the quality of life for residents, families, and staff in long-term care settings.

As a respected speaker and educator, Dr. Gibson frequently shares her expertise on Health Care Ethics and the benefits of social-relational models in seniors’ care. Her insights have been featured at numerous local and national conferences and educational events, as well as in a variety of peer-reviewed publications.

A dual citizen of Canada and Australia, James moved to Vancouver from Canberra in 2007. After many visits to Canada he fell in love with BC and decided to move here full time after university.

A graduate of the University of Canberra’s Communications program with a lifelong love affair with the hospitality industry, James joins the Future Leaders Committee to bring his unique slant on hospitality, event production and brand experience.

James worked with the Vancouver Club for 11 years in various capacities of service, membership sales and member experience. Throughout this tenure, he was responsible for the execution of hundreds of events, earning a reputation as the “Director of Good times”.

A brand experience strategist, James and his team have built a reputation for filling a niche of hospitality and marketing for businesses and corporations across the globe. His clients span across several industries including private clubs, property development, tech and construction.

Some of his latest projects include Chef’s Favourite – a short format interview series with Vancouver’s top Chefs and Empire Boxing Promotions – a local professional boxing promotion attracting up and coming talent from BC and across Canada.

When Crystal was a student at UBC’s Sauder School of Business from 2004-2008, she performed marketing research, marketing, sponsorship, events and PR work for numerous non-profit organizations, professors, and local businesses. Since 2008, Crystal has been in the real estate industry helping clients invest and grow their portfolios.

Today, she owns Icon Marketing, a real estate services and sales firm where she expanded from one project to over twelve projects in a short three-year period. Her firm currently manages $500M in assets for clients. Crystal is known for her talent in business development with strengths in marketing, product positioning, branding, and sales. Outside of work Crystal loves helping people through mentorship and coaching. She enjoys impacting others by sharing stories of overcoming obstacles and providing actionable advice.

She is deeply inspired by the profound impact that the St Paul’s Foundation has had upon friends and family. She shares a deep commitment with her physician husband in achieving better quality and access to health care. She aspires to influence her network in furthering the Foundation’s long history of innovation and leadership in serving the health care needs of British Columbians.

Steven is a seasoned banking professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Director, Regional Banking for the BC & Yukon Region at Scotiabank, Steven plays a crucial role in the Region’s growth and operational excellence of 130 branches in Retail and Business Banking. He is the conduit between the Region and Head Office on strategy implementation and initiative execution through cross-functional collaboration.

Steven holds an MBA degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University. Since joining Scotiabank in 2002, Steven has held progressively senior roles in the distribution channel from advisors to branch leadership. His expertise span across financial planning, change management, strategic and resource planning as well as risk management. He is known for his strategic vision, innovative approach for problem solving and inclusive leadership skills.

Having lived experience of a close family member on their cancer journey, Steven has seen the profound impact of giving back and what it can do to save lives. This drives Steven to actively participate in community and has previously supported BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, United Way, Drive for the Cure and Surrey Hospitals Foundation. Outside of work, Steven enjoys motor sports, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Jenna Li began her career as a paralegal handling personal injury and medical malpractice claims filed with the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, as well as the Civil Resolution Tribunal. She later transitioned into her current role in Commercial General Liability, where she manages bodily injury and property damage claims for commercial lines insureds.

Jenna takes a thoughtful, analytical approach to claims handling, carefully assessing liability, coverage, and policy applicability based on the facts and governing law. She develops case strategies and works toward fair, timely resolution through investigation, damages assessment, and negotiation. Jenna values a collaborative, client-focused approach and believes strong communication and relationships are key to good outcomes.

Outside of work, Jenna is actively involved in her community through her workplace social committee, the parent advisory committee, and external charitable organizations. She has supported and led a variety of fundraising initiatives and values the opportunity to contribute her time to causes that make a meaningful difference.

Yoyoe is a Founder, Entrepreneur, CEO, and Creative Content Producer. She brings broad business experience in the real estate industry, and always offers pragmatic and collaborative advice on all her endeavors. She is the founder and owner of Claridge Real Estate Advisors, a high-impact commercial real estate brokerage that specializes in development land sales. Her firm has sold high profile development sites and manages over $2 billion of real estate assets for clients. As an innovator, building beyond the traditional brokerage model, Yoyoe transforms Claridge into a modern real estate powerhouse consisting of in-house media production, studio, marketing, research, in addition to transaction management. The brokerage’s media team holistically encompasses digital distribution, film pre & post production, ad-film making, music production, and digital marketing.

Concurrently, Yoyoe also help expanded her parents’ family-run construction business into a real estate enterprise. She built and actively manages several individually operating companies, comprising of a full-service construction management and development management services firm; a property development company; and an influencer media marketing and sales agency, creating synergy and vertically integrating into her commercial real estate brokerage. Yoyoe oversees to ensure each entity operates independently based on their distinct business philosophies.

Yoyoe actively gives back to the community and industry that nurtured her. In addition to being part of the St. Paul’s Foundation Future Leaders Committee, Yoyoe is the founding president of Chinese Cultural Preservation Federation Society. She is on the board of Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Fraser Valley; Public Relations Chair of the Rotary Club of West Vancouver; member of the Capilano Senior Citizen Housing Society; and an avid animal lover and supporter of the BCSPCA.

Jordan Prior is a Vancouver-based marketing strategist and brand consultant who spent two decades at Grosvenor, one of the world’s leading privately held property companies. As a senior marketing executive, she directed brand strategy and marketing across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets spanning North America, with a focus on long-term brand stewardship and commercial performance. Jordan recently stepped away from Grosvenor to consult independently, combining brand strategy, digital marketing, and AI-enabled marketing systems.

For Jordan, supporting St. Paul’s Foundation is deeply personal. She has experienced the care of St. Paul’s Hospital firsthand as a patient who underwent open heart surgery within its walls, and later as a mother who welcomed her daughter into the world there. St. Paul’s has shown up for her family at the most significant moments of her life, and she is honoured to give back by supporting the Foundation’s mission to transform care for the next generation of patients and families who will walk through its doors.

Vanessa Richter is an entrepreneur, operations leader, and advocate whose career bridges design, manufacturing, and community impact. She is the Co-Founder of Troico and Cabinets West, both companies are award-winning cabinetry manufacturers based in BC, exporting internationally. Vanessa leads design strategy, operations, and manufacturing for a team of 35 employees and more than 100 partners.

Her work across both companies reflects a deep expertise in process-driven manufacturing, real estate development, and brand growth. Beyond business, Vanessa is a passionate advocate for autism inclusion. Inspired by her son, she developed an employment program that creates meaningful, long-term roles for young adults on the autism spectrum—addressing one of the most pressing challenges facing neurodiverse individuals as they enter adulthood.

Vanessa is also committed to mentorship and education, supporting women entering the construction industry and contributing to faith-based and community organizations in Vancouver. She lives in Vancouver with her husband and three sons and proudly identifies as a “boy mom,” building companies—and a life—rooted in purpose, resilience, and impact.

Melanie is a Partner at Cornerstone Planning Group, where she leads the health planning team. Her projects focus on infrastructure and strategic decision making across all sectors of health, from primary care to acute, including residential, community and mental health. She has a particular interest in health data analytics and how they explain systems of care. Melanie is motivated by the opportunity she sees in bettering our system, and by the passionate people in it. She has been lucky to work with all BC health authorities and across the country.

Melanie has a background in systems design engineering and holds a neuroscience Masters from UBC. She grew up in North Vancouver and has spent her life loving this city. St Paul’s has always been a keystone of healthcare in the region and she is thrilled at the opportunity to contribute to its renewal through the work of the Foundation.

Jason Sarai is the Founder and CEO of SARAI Bespoke and Style by Sarai Consulting Inc., a luxury lifestyle and bespoke clothing brand based in Vancouver with a global footprint. With over a decade of experience working with executives, professionals, weddings and entertainers, Jason has built a reputation for curating refined garments and helping clients embody confidence and strength through style.

SARAI Bespoke has evolved beyond custom garments to offer a full spectrum of luxury lifestyle services—integrating tailored clothing with access to watches, cars, yachts, private aviation, fine spirits, and destination experiences. With clientele spanning across Vancouver, Toronto, New York, Miami, LA, Seattle, Tokyo and London, Jason and his team deliver concierge-level consulting rooted in excellence, authenticity, and personalization.

Philanthropy is a pillar of Jason’s life as he aspires to support, raise awareness and funds for various organizations and charitable causes through positions on committees or donating bespoke garments and services for live auctions. Jason sat on the committee of Covenant House Vancouver’s Executive Sleepout and participated for a decade. He now sits on the St. Paul’s Foundation Ambassador’s committee. Supporting the world of art is also a priority and Jason recently became a lifestyle partner of Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

Gagan Sivia holds a CPA, CGA, CFP designation and a degree in Accounting. Her career led her between accounting and finance industries which allowed her to become a lead expert within FP&A. Along with owning an expanding real estate development company, Azure Properties Group, she is full time faculty at BCIT. She is focused on Analytics and is passionate about data and is often participating in various speaking engagements. Being multi disciplinary has allowed her to teach abroad and win various awards.

Gagan is focused on creating long-standing relationships within each community in which she and Azure Properties Group participates. This feeds her commitment to growing the power of communities throughout BC. From this commitment to community, she also delivers a variety of programming and volunteer initiatives; including, teaching financial literacy for at-risk women and children and acting as a subject matter expert and resource for community minded developers. On any given day, you can find her chatting about real estate, analytics, and wine.

Jenny is CPA, CA who blends strong financial acumen with strategic thinking and a collaborative, people centered approach. With experience across public accounting, industry, and non profit environments, she has supported organizations through complex decisions, process improvements, and periods of change. Jenny is known for her ability to simplify complexity, mentor and develop teams, and bring clarity and steadiness to high impact work while maintaining a commitment to excellence and purpose driven leadership.

Jenny is also an engaged community builder, bringing her governance and financial expertise to several non profit boards. Her volunteer work reflects her dedication to strengthening communities and championing causes that create meaningful impact. As part of the St. Paul’s Foundation Ambassadors, Jenny is honoured to contribute her leadership, values, and passion for helping others to support initiatives that advance compassionate, innovative care across British Columbia.
