Liver Disease

Help us improve care and reduce stigma for British Columbians. One in four Canadians have a liver disease.

More than seven million people in Canada experience the debilitating effects of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and this number is expected to increase dramatically.

An estimated 250,000 to 400,000 people in Canada are infected with hepatitis C, with a large proportion unaware they have the disease. With the stigma associated with certain liver diseases, some patients are hesitant to seek the care they need.

With you as our partner, we can use a compassionate, culturally safe, and sensitive approach and lower barriers to care, irrespective of demographics or geography.

Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) Clinic

Help us revolutionize EoE care with a unified, multidisciplinary approach.

No more silos, no more compartmentalization. Our approach seeks to enhance patient care, reduce costs, and streamline EoE management.

We’re seeking funding for a pilot clinic that will support – and transform – the way we treat patients with EoE. Without this kind of clinic fragmented care may persist, leading to prolonged therapy, pain, and increased health care costs.

Your support will help us tailor treatments for EoE patients, no matter where they are on their health journey.
