Reimbursements

If your Grant Application has been approved for funding, St. Paul’s Foundation will reimburse your Providence cost centre once you have spent the money on the project outlined in your application. In order to be reimbursed, please keep a copy of your invoices and receipts and submit a completed SPF Disbursement Request Form – EPC along with your supporting documents  to SPFEPCGRANTS@providencehealth.bc.ca by the deadline that is assigned to you when you receive your grant approval email.  Instructions can be found on the first tab of the disbursement form, please read carefully before sending in your reimbursement request.

If you spend more than the amount approved in your EPC approval letter, it is the responsibility of you and your Department to find other sources of funding to cover these extra expenses.

In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding the EPC grant program or the reimbursement process, please send your questions to the EPC Grant Committee.
